Today I would like to present  you a recipe for a dish I really love. Something just right for those who are crazy about exotic food.

Tagliatelle (or Chinese noodle - it depends on you) with cream sauce, juicy shrimps and oriental additives belong to this dish. OK, let’s get down to the nitty – gritty!

You  need:

- Large shrimps  200g
- tagliatelle   400 g
-lime
- coconut milk
-2  cloves of garlic
-sour  cream 18%
-chili pepper
-rapeseed oil
-parsley tops

1) Prepare the marinade: chop the chili, garlic and parsley, and mix it with a lime juice. Pour prepared marinade over shrimps and put aside for 30 minutes.

2) Next, fry them in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Add the pasta.

3) Prepare a creamy sauce. Mix coconut milk and sour cream with a bit of flour. Then, add to the shrimps and simmer it for about 10 minutes on low heat.

4) At the end, season the dish with lime juice.




And, what do you think?  Is it simple or not? In my opinion, this is delicious! Now I know what I am going to do tomorrow for a dinner :).
